ASSUMED PARLIAMENT / GOVERNMENT / LAW IN NEW ZEALAND
The greatest fraud and deceit is happening across out land, and for as long as there is consent and belief of their assumed authority, and fail to ask for proof of their claim - then it makes the ASSUMED beliefs real. In fact, it is well recorded in history and even currently, in their submissions - they admit they do NOT have the true authority, just assumed ones. This is achieved by creating registered companies, under the name "Her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand", including the company trading as "NZ Police" and the "Corrections Department", all of which are STRUCK OFF. Therefore, having absolutely no legitimacy to engage in commerce or trade nationally or internationally.
In essence you are voting for company DIRECTORS and CEO and NOT a democratic government!!

With a struck off company failing to meet their statutory laws to be a registered company, one must still ask..... WHY do foreign companies have a secured vested interest in what laws are created?
Foreign influences puppeteering a ASSUMED democratic government and law.
Further Foreign influences under SERCO - whose contract insists these unregistered prisons are 70% full for profit.
WHO IS BENEFITING FROM THESE COMPANIES?
EACH COMPANY HAS A DIRECTOR / CEO / TRUST BOARD.
NOT ONE IS LISTED AS A REASONABLE PERSON WOULD BELIEVE IT TO BE - THE SOVEREIGN OR THE NATION OR THOSE MANY WHO DWELL IN IT - THEY ARE THE FEW!
1 Day after exposing the truth of the registered company - and it is 'struck-off' the company registry. Under their Local Government Act all government entities MUST be registered. Changing the rules to protect the fraud at all costs.
The company constitution - where is the rule of law or maxims of law that their police is to uphold? Appears to be equity - policies for their company
